Wow that style flew by with only 3blocks of work. Endurance, power and slides all in one. Loved the format!
finished with a little bonus abs snd now adding some steps before my day. Going for another 10 means I have to continue to get up and do my loop at work at least 4 times today - that alone should get me to 1600. Cool to know if I did 5 it would be around 2000 just on those loops alone (obviously I move more).
It’s kinda cool how when you make it a game it feels fun instead of like another “to do”.
