posted her Hume band screenshots and insights and I wanted to share some of the similar (yet slightly different) insights and data I get from my Oura ring just in case you’re looking for a tracker, now you have two to compare! I do have an Apple Watch too but it’s old and I only use it to track my activities (cycling, walking, running and my BODi workouts) because it seems much more accurate. (Although it’s all an estimate anyway!)
All of this is such a reminder that your progress and the way your body is working “well” is muchhhhh much more complicated, layered, and multi-faceted than just what your scale tells you.
