Double Workout
I got both Core Circuit and Burn and Restore completed this morning. While it was long, I actually enjoyed the 2 workouts together. There's a chance that I may continue doing that for the rest of the program, if I have the time.
In the meantime, week 3 of Phase 1 is done. I maintained my weight selection which was my goal. I begin Phase 2 next week. My goal with Phase 2 week 1 is to increase weight where I can in the last set. Next week is also going to be a weird week. I leave for my WV trip on Thursday with a stop to do some skiing on my way. But I am very excited for this trip and to meet some new people.
