This is honestly only possible because I set a goal and stayed intentional! I was in a meeting all day with breaks basically just to pee and heat up my food… so I parked far away, took the steps intentionally, and just tried to remember to move when I could even around the room between 9am and 4pm.
Why do I aim for movement throughout the day? Besides it being good for overall health, it helps with my focus midday to reset, and honestly, it ups my calorie burn! The more you move, the more you burn calories, and the easier it is to get into a calorie deficit if that’s something you’re working towards!
