When you’re sore and you make mobility and flexibility a part of the plan and trust the process, remember your why, and most importantly: just a habit, you have to force it less and start to look forward to it!
At least that’s been true for me over the last 4-5 weeks as I’ve been making this a regular Wednesday or Thursday workout plan!
I feel better overall and my workouts are stronger with the rest!
