I live by these each day. Anything over and above this I create is a bonus and out of joy
What are my daily absolute non negotiables (the top 20%): Each of these followed 90% of the week minimum. Once week gone then only 90% allowed in next weeks each.
- Ensure maintenance goals and objectives are protected and acted upon, which is basically anything that i have and value today.
- Prioritise doing whatever I do, from a place awareness/ presence or remind myself as much as I can.
- Also doing, with a timer, 10 min meditation before sleeping and 10 min meditation after waking. Plus minimum one hour per week thinking in a meditative manner.
- Eat nutritious meals such that my health and fitness goals are achieved daily and last meal of the day by 5pm
- Sleep by 9.15 pm or earlier wake up by 4am. Once I’m up, im up and about. I immediately sit up straight or head out of bed, depending on the activity to do
- Get atleast 45 min exercise after waking up first thing
- Follow all the goals and routines of the day to best possible extent in harmony and peace. No rush, just flow.
