I had an awesome week! I hit a new record of 16 min in the sauna! I lost 2 lbs! I am 14 days sober! My biggest takeaway this week is other people’s negativity and lack of energy is not my responsibility. Today was a good day. I got my work done that I needed to, I worked out, I got to have some fun at the golf store. I made two friends who are ON TOP of their stuff!!! It was a little rough today on keeping up with myself as in staying sober, killer headaches, and slightly weak-minded today. Giving negative self talk such as “I can’t do it” and changed my sauna time from 20 min to 10 min. My mind beat me today, but I’m going to win tomorrow.

Wake up at 5 AM and start the day with the Miracle Morning routine! Prepare and attend 10 AM accountability zoom call with Dora and crew. Set appointment with Multisoft with Hannah for GPA. Order filters for Willard! Use website and create new password and document for SBA. Contact CMS with questions about GPA. Start creating the next set of videos for GPA power system, including the getting started right/fast start to success, videos and graphics for Dora. Contact CMS with questions about GPA. Prospect two people for Enagic. Organize and clean out, ChatGPT a.k.a. Genie.
