I will begin my day with my Miracle Morning routine, including a deep meditation and genuine gratitude for another day of life. I will sing my Power Song out loud with the karaoke machine and microphone in hand, creating a Level 10 day from the very beginning. I will make phone calls to the different companies associated with GPA to make sure everything is in place for the relaunch and get answers to the remaining questions from our merchant company. I will contact the main company and set up an appointment to go through the process of connecting it to the Groove site where everything is housed through the email process. I will go through the website and begin adding screenshots to AI for improvement before we move into Phase 3. I will organize and begin my Enagic recruiting and sales system locally by reaching out to the restaurants and holistic businesses on the list I created. This is my BIG BOULDER and my main priority for today. I will visit the new gym, get started the right way, sign up for yoga, and investigate the other classes available. I will connect with my mother in the hospital to see if she needs anything and find out when she may be coming home. I will end my day early and be in bed by 10 PM, with positive meditation and an audiobook playing throughout the night, maintaining an attitude of gratitude for another day of life.

My Intentions for Yesterday I will begin with my Miracle Morning, fully present and intentional. I will recite my Power Song and connect deeply with the principles that guide my life. I will practice my US Anderson meditation, continuing to memorize it word for word because of the power it gives me. I will work on Global Prosperity Academy narrations, classes, and courses and send them to my partner for editing as we prepare for our relaunch before the 15th. I will set the foundation for a powerful month of relaunching my Enagic business, creating my Cell of the Month, and building momentum for much, much more. I will organize my office and create a clean, focused environment for the work ahead. I will end the day early and get in bed on time, knowing that tomorrow is another opportunity to move my vision forward.

My Intentions for the Day I will begin with my Miracle Morning, fully present and grounded — meditation, prayer, devotional, declarations, and affirmations. I will stretch and move my body to start the day loose and clear-headed. I will read chapter 7 of Three Magic Words and record the meditation that goes with it. I will continue Atomic Habits, building on the progress I’ve already made. I will spend time in the Bible, staying grounded in the Word. I will head to the park for walking/running I will call Michael, staying locked in as we move closer to GPA launch. I will show up for Skillsta, building the habit back up. I will knock out one of my Enagic course video to keep the learning going. I will practice guitar, at least 30 minutes. I will reach out to my siblings and nieces today. I will end the day reflecting on where I can improve, grateful for how far I’ve come. I will be in bed no later than 12 AM.

RENEW & RESTART MY HEALTH PLAN: I will renew my commitment to my health, nutrition, exercise, and daily disciplines and get myself fully back on track. INCREASE MY WATER INTAKE: I will intentionally increase my water intake throughout the day and make hydration a priority. GPA — MAIN BOULDER OF THE DAY: I will make the Global Prosperity Academy my main boulder and dedicate the day to moving the project forward with focused, productive action. PREPARE MY ENAGIC SYSTEM: I will prepare my Enagic recruiting and prospecting system for September so I can consistently create new conversations, connections, and opportunities. REACH OUT TO MY REFERRAL BASE: I will personally reach out to my referral base and reconnect with the people who can help me build momentum this month. PREPARE FOR THE GPA RELAUNCH: I will continue preparing the GPA relaunch, coordinating the pieces and companies necessary to bring the entire vision together and move forward with clarity, simplicity, and momentum.
