Hygiene ✅ Food prep ✅ Went to Walmart as they opened and picked up some much needed new glass food prep dishes and food storage to hold all my prep, got to work right on time, caused trouble closing the fridge door, will use my mini fridge in my room for smaller prep dishes that are "ready to go". Breakfast ✅ Work ✅ Did a little splits work at work, but not specifically 2 mins ea. Like usual Lunch time sesh took about 25 mins, it was perfect amount, and have a great level of soreness this morning ✅ Afterwork was GASSED likely from increased exercise workload, are dinner and got some extra rest, 94 score this morning and 8 hours of sleep which is really unusual! ✅
