We learned about giving instructions in a Excellerated fashion is very clear, concise, and deliberate. We also learned that a few of our team's assumptions were incorrect. A main one was that our group would have to manage all of the logistics of the Zoom meeting ourselves whilst presenting, breaking out, playing music, etc. All in each one of the team members, myself included, thought we did an excellent job.
