Must Read for Anyone Starting an AI Business
Hey everyone 👋 I want to make sure you’re truly using what’s inside the Classroom here on Skool — because it isn’t just theoretical content. It’s the proven starting point for building an AI service business in 2026, based on everything I've learned scaling my own 7-figure AI agency. When I first launched my business back in 2022, I was figuring things out in the dark — long days, trial and error, and a lot of mistakes before the real patterns finally emerged. Since then, I’ve worked with 7, 8, and 9-figure clients, helped thousands of people start AI agencies, and studied what separates the people who succeed from the ones who stall. And now the data is clear: There are TWO proven paths people are using to break into AI. All you have to do is choose the path that fits how you think and work. That’s why the very first thing you should do here is go to the Start Here module inside the Classroom. Inside it, you’ll find: - A clear breakdown of the two proven paths - Clarity on how to pick the one that fits you best - Then you'll find your playbook to land your first paid client fast Everything I wish I had when I started — the frameworks, playbooks, lessons, and action plans — is inside this Classroom. And I continue to update it based on what’s working right now. It’s all here for you, step by step. Don’t let this sit in your dashboard like another course. This is the stuff I lived to be where I am right now. There’s Always A Way
Let me tell you a story. Last night I severely underestimated how long it would take me to move my bed and to tidy up my room because you see it's getting renovated. And there was tonnes of dust over my bed and over the entire room and my bed had been moved. But I still managed to clean it all up and put this bed in the right position, clean up all the dust, and get to sleep at a very reasonable time and I done this all within an hour as thats when it began. It got me thinking because the older me would be like, "Oh no, there's no way I could make my sleep scheduled time. There's no way that these external circumstances are not preventing me." In reality there is always a way if you really look hard enough. You will find that there is a way. There's a way to heal and overcome whatever problem you're facing and that's the mindset that will serve you the best. The next time that you're like, "Oh how am I gonna fit in healing trauma with this trip I'm on?" There's always a way, genuinely. Of course you don't want to be a complete robot with some things and sometimes it can be all right to not do them but just know that there's basically always a way. Video link

Why choose one? Going all in as an AI Transformation Partner 🚀
After breaking down the data on how the AI services market is maturing, I realized something: why limit myself to just one lane when the real magic happens at the intersection? So, I’ve made my decision. I am positioning myself as an AI Transformation Partner. To me, this is the ultimate stack. I want to act as the bridge — running AI Audits to cut through the hype and give small businesses a clear workflow blueprint, but also having the technical capability to deploy the actual Python/n8n backend logic and automation from scratch. I’m currently building a Web3 verification bot (FastAPI/Claude API), and seeing both sides of the coin makes it obvious that businesses don't just want advice, and they don't just want code. They want someone to solve their bottlenecks under one roof. But I have a question for the community here: For those who are already closing deals: when you're just starting out, do you find it's better to sell the AI Audit as a completely standalone, low-ticket offer first, or do you use it strictly as a free discovery session to pitch the high-ticket development right away? Would love to hear your experience. Let’s connect and crush it!

How I Sent 60,000 Cold Emails in April as a Complete Newbie (& made six figures)
Hey AI Automation community! 👋 This took me 2 hours to put together. If you're looking for proven ways to get clients AT SCALE and actually make money for your AI automation agency, then this is for you. I run an AI agency that made basically no money because I had a hard time finding new clients. I tried cold email starting in November and it quickly become one of our most profitable acquisition channels. I knew NOTHING about cold outreach when I started. I learned A LOT along the way (including plenty of expensive mistakes), so here’s everything I wish I had known from day one. If you don't know what cold email marketing is, it's when you send out thousands of emails to potential leads you haven't spoken to before. The goal is for them to book a consult with you where you'll then close on a deal. If you do it badly, it will look like spam and nobody will respond. Do it where you target relevant people ready to buy and offer a lot of VALUE, and you will generate sales. Part 1: Technical Setup Domain Strategy - Buy dedicated domains just for email campaigns — never ever use your main company domain. - Set up DNS records immediately: SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. - Use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for better deliverability (roughly $4–6 per account per month). Email Account Setup - Create 1–4 email accounts per domain. - Start slow: 10 emails per account per day, then increase volume by ~10% each day. - Max once warmed up: ~25 emails per account per day. - Example: 4 domains × 3 accounts × 25 emails = 300 emails/day to begin with. IMPORTANT: Always warm up accounts for at least 14 days before ramping up. Extra tips that help a lot: - Add real profile photos and complete the accounts. - Older domains tend to perform better when you can get them. - Set up a custom tracking domain for accurate open/click data. Choosing Your Sending Platform You can do it manually with the part 1 technical setup above but it's way easier to buy an email account that's already configured and ready to go. I’ve run high-volume campaigns successfully with Instantly.ai because it has good campaign sequencing, deliverability focus, analytics, and lots of real-world insights shared by other operators who successfully scaled. It’s one of the best for cold email right now. But honestly, your lead list and outreach message matter more.
