There’s Always A Way
Let me tell you a story. Last night I severely underestimated how long it would take me to move my bed and to tidy up my room because you see it's getting renovated. And there was tonnes of dust over my bed and over the entire room and my bed had been moved. But I still managed to clean it all up and put this bed in the right position, clean up all the dust, and get to sleep at a very reasonable time and I done this all within an hour as thats when it began. It got me thinking because the older me would be like, "Oh no, there's no way I could make my sleep scheduled time. There's no way that these external circumstances are not preventing me." In reality there is always a way if you really look hard enough. You will find that there is a way. There's a way to heal and overcome whatever problem you're facing and that's the mindset that will serve you the best. The next time that you're like, "Oh how am I gonna fit in healing trauma with this trip I'm on?" There's always a way, genuinely. Of course you don't want to be a complete robot with some things and sometimes it can be all right to not do them but just know that there's basically always a way. Video link

Nobody is Coming to Save You
Do you feel sorry for yourself? Do you feel like since you're not doing well, someone will come and save you eventually? If you think that this is just gonna be like the school system, where if you don't do the work, your teacher or classroom assistant will come over and just do it for you and basically "save you". That's not how real life is. In reality nobody can make you do the inner work. Nobody can make you heal your trauma. Nobody can make you do the meditation, breathwork, anything like that. It's you that has to "save yourself". The reason why people, I believe, have this attitude of "oh someone will come and save me so I don't need to work so hard, I don't need to do all those habits and mindset techniques, what have you" is because of the education system. It's because of the fact that if you didn't do the work, what happened was that the teacher/assistant would come over and check and if you're really stuck they basically just answer it for you and do the work for you. You're on your own though now. In real life no one can help you and you need to just take responsibility for your situation. If you are depressed right now, if you are unhappy and anxious, then until you take accountability for that, until you take responsibility for that, you will stay stuck if you don't own up to it. You need to accept that this is your fault and this isn't your best behaviour. No one else can do that for you apart from you. Don't ever forget that. Let this be your wake-up call to change if you think that someone else can save you, because this is a lesson that I learned that was pretty hard to accept but it's true. Video link

The Power of Visualisation
There was once a group of people practising basketball. One group practised on a physical court. Then another practised with visualising it in their mind. The statistics were: the group of individuals who played it physically got a 24% improvement, while the people who visualised it got a 23% improvement in basketball. That's the power of visualisation. Let me tell you how this applies to the healing journey. You see if you visualise things going well for you, throughout your day to day, it doesn't even have to be long, literally for five to ten seconds is enough. You will get so many benefits from that and that goes for trauma healing sessions. That goes for interactions that may feel uncomfortable. This will help you so much and you should utilise the power of visualisation because it's so powerful and it helps to stack the rocks to the version of you that you actually want to be like. Don't forget to do visualisations whenever you're about to do something uncomfortable, especially such as a trauma healing session beforehand. Just close your eyes, visualise it going well, visualise success, and that will all work wonders for you. This goes for all difficult things especially, such as having an interview with someone, sales calls, or what have you? This will help you a lot. This lesson really helped me. Video link

Full Guide to Business Stress
I was chronically stressed. I was never fully off. I couldn't take my mind off my work and due to that my health suffered, my life quality suffered, my mental health suffered. If only there was a way to deal with this. Fortunately after a long time I "cracked the code" for myself and I just want to share exactly what worked for me in a full guide. The Top 5 Reasons For Your Business Chronic Stress & The Solutions” 1. You're just in work mode all day. Usually this comes down to people not having their days mapped out in a schedule or something of that nature and that's why they just go straight to work because that's their "basic attack". It's what they do whenever they don't know what to do. They just do some work, some more, reply to my messages, some more, replying to comments, or that. Also scheduling days or even weeks of full time off is good, also put at least 1 hour of off time in your normal schedule. 2. Reliance On it to Make You A Living That adds a lot of pressure. I definitely felt that one. You said to your parents, "You do not want to not go to school or get a normal job, you want to do this full time." Well now you need to show some results, you need to show some payments coming in frequently and that can put a lot of stress on you. It definitely did for me and that's another reason why you can be chronically stressed, just the pressure of that weight on you. The solution to that, honestly, is to just have at least some of our sort of income whenever you're building your business or at least have a lot of savings before you decide to go full time so you're never left with nothing. If not then you're stressing about how you're going to pay some essential things, that's horrible to be in that spot. 3. Working More to Avoid The Root Pain This is working more and more just to cover up a deeper emotion that you don't want to face. Usually a lot of people work more and they do more work to avoid feeling a certain emotion, to avoid the anxiety that they deeply feel or whatever, and this is a cover-up, I have had this too.

Full Guide to Business Stress
How School Made My Life Hell
I think the education system is awful. Whenever I was in school, particularly my final years of secondary school, school made my life a living hell, honestly. It was bad enough having to deal with the stress from exams, from my parents, from teachers, or the boring routine that I had to follow every day there, and how I was basically sleep-deprived every single day because of course, whenever I was younger, I maximised the dopamine whenever I got home from school so that would end up with me staying up late with my friends, whatever, and the cycle repeats. But particularly school was absolutely horrendous in my final few months because, you see, in secondary school, on my final year, I had this friend I would talk to in my class in my year group and that was fine but he unfortunately left midway through. After that I had no choice but to go to this group of "friends" but I would quickly realise that they were not my friends, "friends", and instead they just used me as a source of entertainment, honestly, and it started off small… They would joke here and there but it got progressively worse and worse and it hurt me more each time. Whenever it first started, sure, I can take a joke. There's nothing wrong with that but it progressively got worse and worse and it was like I was their source of entertainment because they would just push my buttons until I just lost it, which was, very honestly, about two times actually. I did get seriously angry but most of the time I was just jokingly angry, if you know what I mean. I already did not like school but now I had to worry about: having zero friends in my classes and at lunch and break times I had to deal with these fake horrible "friends". That made my life absolutely horrendous and I wouldn't wish that on anyone because it was traumatic. It was so bad and I don't think I've ever felt as tired as those evenings whenever I would come home from school after a day like that. I'm really grateful I'm not at school now.
