Why choose one? Going all in as an AI Transformation Partner ๐Ÿš€
After breaking down the data on how the AI services market is maturing, I realized something: why limit myself to just one lane when the real magic happens at the intersection?
So, Iโ€™ve made my decision. I am positioning myself as an AI Transformation Partner.
To me, this is the ultimate stack. I want to act as the bridge โ€” running AI Audits to cut through the hype and give small businesses a clear workflow blueprint, but also having the technical capability to deploy the actual Python/n8n backend logic and automation from scratch.
Iโ€™m currently building a Web3 verification bot (FastAPI/Claude API), and seeing both sides of the coin makes it obvious that businesses don't just want advice, and they don't just want code. They want someone to solve their bottlenecks under one roof.
But I have a question for the community here:
For those who are already closing deals: when you're just starting out, do you find it's better to sell the AI Audit as a completely standalone, low-ticket offer first, or do you use it strictly as a free discovery session to pitch the high-ticket development right away?
Would love to hear your experience. Letโ€™s connect and crush it!
