Must Read for Anyone Starting an AI Business
Hey everyone 👋 I want to make sure you’re truly using what’s inside the Classroom here on Skool — because it isn’t just theoretical content. It’s the proven starting point for building an AI service business in 2026, based on everything I've learned scaling my own 7-figure AI agency. When I first launched my business back in 2022, I was figuring things out in the dark — long days, trial and error, and a lot of mistakes before the real patterns finally emerged. Since then, I’ve worked with 7, 8, and 9-figure clients, helped thousands of people start AI agencies, and studied what separates the people who succeed from the ones who stall. And now the data is clear: There are TWO proven paths people are using to break into AI. All you have to do is choose the path that fits how you think and work. That’s why the very first thing you should do here is go to the Start Here module inside the Classroom. Inside it, you’ll find: - A clear breakdown of the two proven paths - Clarity on how to pick the one that fits you best - Then you'll find your playbook to land your first paid client fast Everything I wish I had when I started — the frameworks, playbooks, lessons, and action plans — is inside this Classroom. And I continue to update it based on what’s working right now. It’s all here for you, step by step. Don’t let this sit in your dashboard like another course. This is the stuff I lived to be where I am right now. Why choose one? Going all in as an AI Transformation Partner 🚀
After breaking down the data on how the AI services market is maturing, I realized something: why limit myself to just one lane when the real magic happens at the intersection? So, I’ve made my decision. I am positioning myself as an AI Transformation Partner. To me, this is the ultimate stack. I want to act as the bridge — running AI Audits to cut through the hype and give small businesses a clear workflow blueprint, but also having the technical capability to deploy the actual Python/n8n backend logic and automation from scratch. I’m currently building a Web3 verification bot (FastAPI/Claude API), and seeing both sides of the coin makes it obvious that businesses don't just want advice, and they don't just want code. They want someone to solve their bottlenecks under one roof. But I have a question for the community here: For those who are already closing deals: when you're just starting out, do you find it's better to sell the AI Audit as a completely standalone, low-ticket offer first, or do you use it strictly as a free discovery session to pitch the high-ticket development right away? Would love to hear your experience. Let’s connect and crush it!
I built notion clone with 1 prompt
I always believed that AI can get everything right from the first time with the right prompt. In this video, I showed how writing a detailed prompt and allowing Claude to self-test every feature in the app and fix any issues that it finds, and repeat this loop until everything checks, can automate 95% of your work. It's not guaranteed that you will get an app that is 100% free of bugs, but it will be at least 90 or 95% done. I have created a free Claude skill that you can download and use in Claude. It will take your idea and give you a detailed prompt, or if you have an existing prompt and are looking to enhance it, it will do that as well. You can find the skill along with the prompt used in the video and the actual built project as well, if you wanna try it out in the link below. https://github.com/NaderTate/notion-one-prompt

Starting An AI Automatization Agency.
Hey everyone! I’m currently exploring the idea of launching an AI automation agency, but I’m torn on the best approach for long-term growth. I plan to focus on deep-dive custom solutions, things like automating inbound calls, analyzing social media analytics then building posts, and building bespoke workflows that actually solve a company's specific operational bottlenecks. My big question for the community is this: Should I start by generalizing across multiple niches, or is it better to pick one specific industry and become the go-to expert there from day one? I’d love to hear your experiences on which path leads to faster scaling and more sustainable client relationships!
