Starting An AI Automatization Agency.
Hey everyone!
I’m currently exploring the idea of launching an AI automation agency, but I’m torn on the best approach for long-term growth. I plan to focus on deep-dive custom solutions, things like automating inbound calls, analyzing social media analytics then building posts, and building bespoke workflows that actually solve a company's specific operational bottlenecks. My big question for the community is this: Should I start by generalizing across multiple niches, or is it better to pick one specific industry and become the go-to expert there from day one?
