Hey everyone! I’m currently exploring the idea of launching an AI automation agency, but I’m torn on the best approach for long-term growth. I plan to focus on deep-dive custom solutions, things like automating inbound calls, analyzing social media analytics then building posts, and building bespoke workflows that actually solve a company's specific operational bottlenecks. My big question for the community is this: Should I start by generalizing across multiple niches, or is it better to pick one specific industry and become the go-to expert there from day one? I’d love to hear your experiences on which path leads to faster scaling and more sustainable client relationships!

Let's keep this discussion non-technical - I want to know how AI/automation is affecting the non-technical, average persons, daily life. Personally, I have used CalAI for fitness tracking, as well as Napkin and Gamma for presentations. Currently, I am looking for AI tools to not just supplement my daily life, but help me explore my passions and personal development.
