The Key to Success is a Great Team
I’m blessed to have the best physio ever, Jo Mak who has been working and manipulating my body for over 5 years now.
She mobilises my joints and gets my body back to normal opening up my diaphragm and manipulating my muscles. Ita a game changer for me and I’d be lost without her.
The moral of the story is that you need a great team behind you and then you have the ability to succeed no matter what you put your mind to.
