Goal Setting... What's in Store for 2026?
Who's already been thinking about their goals for 2026? I know I have!! I’ve always found that having a clear goal, even a small one, gives me something to lean toward. It gives my days a bit of direction and purpose, especially when life feels busy or overwhelming. And fun fact... studies show we’re much more likely to achieve our goals when we actually write them down. It’s like telling your brain, “Alright, this is where we’re heading". So I’d love to know...What’s one goal you’re working towards right now? Big or tiny, it all counts. And most importantly, what’s the very first step you’re taking to get there?

I want to start creating media more regularly and systemitise my business so I have more balance in my life. I have started a casual role recently that has stretched me. Would like to declutter and clarify over the holidays and start the new year better than ever.

Not every appointment is for my rehab. I go to the hairdressers thanks to my amazing team who have to hold my head up and transfer me to the basin. I feel like a normal person doing normal things. Thanks to them, no grey hair for this chick. YAY

Love a great head massage
Sometimes it Takes Many People to Achieve Small Things.
So many people help me when I’m flying. To get to my seat on the plane my care team transfers me to an aisle wheelchair which then takes me down the plane. Then my team transfers me to the seat. We got to Vegas via Vancouver Canada. The whole Air Canada team were marvellous, helping us as needed. I’m so grateful for everyone helping me to achieve my purpose.
