Every day I receive so many messages and comments about what I’m doing on my Resilience and health journey with MND/ALS so I’ve decided to keep this community updated regularly on what I do . It is hoped I can inspire you to be more Resilient in your own life.
Today I’m celebrating after my latest lung function on Friday. It increased by one percent, I’m so happy for that. To enable this to happen I worked hard to do deep breathing, and other implements to help keep my jaw and mouth open. Let me know in the comments if you are enjoying these posts.
