Breathing is Crucial!
Every week I do focused breathing work with my awesome friend , who is Pilates Guru.
With the help of my carers I do deep breathing and move my arms, body and diaphragm in controlled movements.
This has been very helpful to my focus, lung function and general breathing. All done via zoom.
