Where can I create a logo?

Hi everyone,

So I have decided to start an SMMA online, but I am having trouble on making a logo for my agency.

I am unaware on how I can find one, because when looking into these "free" logo makers, they are not allowed to be used for commercial use, and I don't want to end up getting sued before I even start getting clients. So if someone could help me find out how to get a logo that wont run the risk of getting me sued thanks!

If there is a free option, I'd appreciate it, but of course, this might not be the case.
