Meet Alfred | Sales Navigator

I just signed up on Meet Alfred (as recommended by

), so that I can automate my cold messaging through Linkedin Sales Navigator. On Sales Navigator, I already have a couple searches saved with the filters. The main problem I am having is that Sales Navigator does not seem to allow filtering by profiles that are open or have premium icon. It is really time consuming to have to look for open profiles (and check if the profile itself is in my target audience) within my saved searches.

On Meet Alfred, when I click to start a campaign for sending Linkedin messages, I am seeing a note saying "Messages will only be sent to 1st degree connections." Yet I want send messages to 2nd and 3rd connections (saved in my search within Sales Navigator). Is this not possible on Meet Alfred???
