Improvements needed?

I am new to this so any feedback would be much appreciated.

For context i have ran this script for 2 weeks had an 80% open rate and 1.7 reply rate but only a 1% positive reply rate. Just wondering if there is any major areas which my script can be improved. All feedback welcome

We work on a complete pay on results basis so if we don’t get you results then you don’t pay, and if you don’t get the results we will carry on working for free until it works.
