I'm Confused about monitoring Open Rates
Hey Group,
So I know Jay has said he may monitor open rates at first when launching a campaign, but generally he wouldn't recommend this as it could impact on deliverability.
I have just started a cold email campaign, but do not have open tracking activated - should I be?
