Fast or Slow Campaign Pacing
Hi all,
I'm looking for advice on pacing strategy for several small campaigns with 100-400 total targets each.
The scenario: If I need approximately 200 messages to generate one quality lead, and my campaign has 400 total targets, I'm weighing two approaches:
Option A - Fast pacing:
  • Send 100+ emails per day
  • Complete campaign in 3-4 days
  • Potentially get 2 leads quickly
  • Downside: Campaign ends fast, need new lists frequently
Option B - Slow pacing:
  • Send very few emails per day (10-20?)
  • Stretch campaign over weeks
  • May not see any leads for days/weeks
  • Upside: Longer runway per list
My question: For small target campaigns, is it better to burn through lists quickly with higher daily volume, or pace extremely slowly even if it means going long periods without seeing results?
What factors should I consider when deciding between these approaches?
