anybody know a fix for this? sender name not being displayed
I'm sending 18k cold emails/month.
Running into a problem where the from name field in the recipient's gmail inbox is showing the sender's email rather than the name like shown in the screenshot. If i respond to the email, then send one later one again itll show the name.
But i know this has to be tanking open rates - is this a trust score problem?
im using instantly pre-warmed domains, they are 4 months old and have been warmed up actively for the past month.
