Florida?
Anyone have experience doing deals in Florida? We got some land sent to us outside of Jacksonville and the land price is reasonable (and not in flood zone) and plenty of comps for manufactured $230k+, just curious if anyone has any experience in FL (are the prices in the underwriting template going to be close???)
Are you all normally getting the land under contract before requesting quotes from GCs or other contractors?
