Sales strategy
So on my calls I have realised most 2nd calls are canceled. So I want to start saying something along the lines of “our next call we are to make a decision yes or no and don’t cancel the call and show up as I’ve blocked out time to have a chat with you so we can have a conversation”
Not sure if this is too much of an ask but I feel like it’s sets the expectation for something to happen on the next call and it also makes sure that there is more intent behind actually showing up even if they are leaning toward a no.
