Doing the first agency podcast today, and I need your help. Alright so, for those who don't know, I've been wanting to do an agency podcast for a long time. Today's the day. Recording the first one in the next 3 to 4 hours. Thing is, I need some seed stuff from you guys to work with on the call. Heads up though, this is a pretty rare chance for anyone outside my paid programmes to get personalised advice from me. The guys in the Guild get this kind of thing every week. For everyone else in here, this is your shot. So if there's something on your mind, take advantage of it. Here's what would be absolutely amazing: 1. Voice note questions → anything that's been on your mind around running an agency. Mindset stuff, concerns, stresses, whatever's weighing on you. The messier and more honest the better. 2.
