Anyone in the real estate niche doing appointment booking for agents?
I’m trying to buy data to have cold callers go through and qualify leads who have intent to sell but wondering what platforms you get data from as the one I’m using isn’t working. Any help or suggestions would be helpful

@Alessandro Ciotti no I buy home owner data and have callers call the data and book in qualified sellers. But it’s not working and I think it’s the data. I know other people are making that method work very well but idk what data to get if mine doesn’t work

@Thure Sander yeah not sure in Germany. I just know a few people getting crazy good results by buying data and calling that list of home owners just not sure what site has good quality

How do I check if my Google business page is visible to the public?
For some reason when I google my business page it doesn’t come up but I see the manager dashboard when I’m logged into the account.

IOS 26 - Call Screening = cold calling dead?
Does the new IOS 26 call screening feature mean cold calling doesn’t work anymore? It seems to be a direct block to cold calls and struggle to see how it would work anymore?

@Max Nagetusch that’s true, for my business I rely on calling homeowners to see if they are wanting to sell to book appointments for real estate agents which is a bit more cold than calling b2b. So not sure if there’s a way to seem important if I’m calling a random homeowner

@Thure Sander ok cool, so would you say just to leave my duped campaign with 1 lead so far running as its got the 23 cpl? And if it gets worse again then just keep the main campaign running and wait for it to optimise?

Hey guys, do you know any other software that I can use for cold calling besides Skype and Go High Level? My phone number marked as a spam and Skype don't sell new phone numbers anymore
