campaign optimization help

running google ads for a therapist that wants men in high stress careers but getting no conversions. they want men that are in business/professional settings because by her experience they usually pay more which is ultimately the goal. However not getting any conversions and have a horrible quality score... i attached some screenshots of the data and just want some feedback on what to do. should i switch bid strategy ? also i linked my landing page and made multiple changes to increase QS but still nothing https://www.jennicarroll.com/mens-stress-therapy
