Managing 20+ Clients

Hey Guys, curious to know how do you guys make sure to keep everything organized when managing a lot of ad accounts or while getting more clients. From my experience when it's 25+ clients this where it gets tricky. I'd appreciate your advice on best practices and systems to update, scale and keep track of campaigns at scale.

Obviously you've got to hire at some point but the question here is about how to maximize efficiency before hiring.
