Managing 20+ Clients
Hey Guys, curious to know how do you guys make sure to keep everything organized when managing a lot of ad accounts or while getting more clients. From my experience when it's 25+ clients this where it gets tricky. I'd appreciate your advice on best practices and systems to update, scale and keep track of campaigns at scale. Obviously you've got to hire at some point but the question here is about how to maximize efficiency before hiring.

Cold Calling Foreign Numbers
What do you guys use or do to be able to contact international numbers? For example your not from the US or Australia. How do you contact those potential clients? What do you use? Would appreciate some help.

You can you close.com as your platform for cold calls. It's the best, you can also import lead lists and crush them using the power dialer. Honestly way better and smoother than GHL and also when you subscribe to a small monthly plan you get a us phone number from the platform itself without having to register A2P or anything. Quick tip - search for discount coupon codes that they give for startups if you want to save some money. If you think it's a bit expensive you can use open phone but you'll copy and paste numbers manually.

How do you guys create a Legal Contract with your Clients. I'm currently in the FB ad course, in the client onboarding. And I just wanted to ask how to create a contract that we store in the GoogleDrive's Legal section?

Chat GPT, get's the job done, just make sure to revise the contract after and in the prompt give him all of the clauses you want in the contract and make sure the explain the nature of this partnership (Marketing Agency And the niche of the client) Services you'll provide for them etc.. Make sure to state the also how and to which account the money was sent to and the date the agreement goes live.
