Quick question for those running SMMA teams at scale:
Right now my stack is planned to look like this:
• GHL → sales pipeline, follow-ups, upsells
• ClickUp → project management (tasks, SOPs, pipelines)
• Slack → team communication
• Hubstaff → time tracking
Goal = clean separation between sales and delivery + scalable systems for VAs.
Does this setup make sense long-term, or am I overcomplicating / missing something critical?
Curious what you guys are using once you hit €10k–€30k/month range.
