Where is the sweet spot of your foot?
You may have heard me say, "hit the third eyelet of your shoe to the ball"... that's typically right above the medial cuneiform bone that sits just above your 1st metatarsal (see diagrams below).
Making your full foot rigid at impact (your toes should curl) and driving that singular spot through the ball (typically 1/3 of the way up the ball right on the center seam) matches your foot's sweet spot to the ball's sweet spot.
Do that, and you will maximize your power, distance, elevation and accuracy.
Sounds so simple, doesn't it?
