Evil Kettlebell and Burpee Workout
I tried this one out on Wednesday. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TmXMuSVk8bA&t=1589s&pp=ygUXZXZpbCBrZXR0bGViZWxsIHdvcmtvdXQ%3D 5 thrusters R and 5 burpees 5 thrusters L and 5 burpees 5 clean and press R and 5 burpees 5 clean and press L and 5 burpees 5 snatch R and 5 burpees 5 snatch L and 5 burpees 5 clean and squat R and 5 burpees 5 clean and squat L and 5 burpees I used a 16 kg kettlebell. You are supposed to do each set 5 times. I did each set twice because I was feeling pretty fatigued that day. It was rough. Next time I will shoot for three times.

Today's Complex: The Codi Special
Today's workout was the Codi Special. youtube.com/watch?v=F2NZnd4uC0U&feature=youtu.be 20 kg bell One round = 5 rows + 4 swings + 3 snatches. R then L. I completed 8 rounds with minimal rest between (< 30 seconds). Finisher was 50 foot carries: 1) Overhead R 2) Overhead L 3) Racked R 4) Racked L 5) Farmer's R 6) Farmer's L Then two sets of 25 crunches on the exercise ball. Time for a much needed two days off.

Did this one again yesterday with a 40 lb kb. I did 5 rounds, and then did some random things as a finisher: 1) 5 snatches R 2) 5 snatches L 3) 10 neutral grip pull ups 4) 20 walking lunges with 30 lb sandbag on my right shoulder 5) 20 walking lunges with 30 lb sandbag on my left shoulder

Not bad when I didn't plan on working out today. 💪

Today I did a Coach classic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dDWQHdjyIZQ&t=286s ~THE WORKOUT~ (a) Offset Snatch to Thruster (3 reps/side) (b) Offset Snatch (3 reps/side) (c) Offset Strict Press (3 reps/side) (d) Offset Rack Squat (3 reps/side) (e) Offset Rack Carry (50 ft./side) (f) Reverse Lunge to Squat (3 reps) (g) Reverse Lunge (3 reps) (h) Squat (3 reps) (i) Double Hand Swing (3 reps) (j) Deadlift (3 reps) (k) Goblet Walk (50 ft.) [Perform 3 Rds. - Rest 2-3 min. b/w each] First round I used a 16 kg bell and didn't put it down in between any of the movements. Second round I used a 20 kg bell, and I had to put it down after B and after D, for each arm. Third round I went back to the 16 kg bell. I used a 20 kg bell for both double handed movements.
