ABC
Did the Armor Building Complex today with double 16 kg bells. EMOM: 2 swings, 1 press, 3 squats. I made it through 16 rounds. Finisher: 1 minute racked hold 1 minute overhead hold 1 minute squat hold (1 bell) 2 minute farmer's walk (2 20 kg bells) Great stuff. I believe the idea in ABC is to get to 30 minutes. That is a lot harder then I thought it would be, but something to shoot for.

Mandler Chest and Back
Today was another Coach Mandler special: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7HWtfDI9lMw&t=12s I used 16 kg bells for the bench press movements and 20 kg bells for the rows and deadlifts. Another tough one. The man has a way of making a short, seemingly easy workout kick your ass. ~The Workout~ 1. Kettlebell Incline "Segment" Press (5 reps)  2. Alternating From Bottom Incline Bench Press (5 reps/arm)  3. Incline Bench Press (5 reps)  4. Row to Alternating Iso-Row to Deadlift (5 reps) 5. Rows (5 reps)  6. Deadlift (5 reps)  [Rest No More Than 3 Minutes Between Rounds - Do 3 Rounds Total]

THE BEAST
It's been awhile since I have posted in this forum. Rest assured I am still hard at work. Yesterday I tried one of Coach's latest called the Beast. And ooooh boy was it a BEAST. I used double 16 kg bells and I was not able to complete an entire set without putting the bells down. At most I was able to do 3 of the movements before putting the bells down and taking a quick breather. But that is ok, this is a super hard workout, and it gives me something to strive for. Single KB Leg Routine
Yesterday I did another Marchman leg workout. This was a short one, but a good one. I really like the step ups on the bench. The transverse thrusters or whatever they were called were very difficult. I used a 16 kg bell for those and my surgically repaired left arm didn't want to cooperate a few times. I used a 24 kg bell for everything else. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OPb3NwAI4xM&t=100s
Single Kettlebell Man Maker
Yesterday I did Coach's latest YouTube workout: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQ7l8KWb2Jk&t=242s I used a 20 kg bell and it was a good one. Seemed pretty simple at first but when you are done you realize you have done 90 pushups, 30 high pulls, 30 cleans and 30 thrusters. Looking forward to more of these.
