Some of you have messaged me asking how to incorporate the workouts from all of my YouTube videos into the 30 Day Challenge.

Me personally, it really boils down to how much time I’ve got and how much gas I’ve got in the tank. If I’ve got the time to do both, I’ll do both in a two-a-day format. Whichever one is more taxing, I’ll do earlier in the day when I’m less tired, and save the less taxing one for later in the evening as a “BONUS” workout.
Say I do NOT have the time or energy for both though, I’ll typically do the usual 3-4 rounds of the YouTube workout (it come first) and then perform just a single round of the 30 Day Challenge workouts as a “Finisher”.
Both options are beneficial. Just gotta figure out what your time and energy allotment are and take it from there.
