Day 11 Phase 3 LIVEHARD. Strategic planning with a road trip: drank half gallon water before 7 am so I would be fairly empty by the time we hit the road at 10:30. Hotel gym was a bonus for my 2nd workout, sets of lat pulldowns, crunches, tricep work, stretching.
