Day 5 Completed! 🚀 Defining my Vision and Deepening my Learning
Hey everyone, I’m excited to share that I just finished Day 5 of the 7-Day C.R.A.V.E. Sobriety Challenge! This day was all about building a powerful vision, which is definitely one of the most exciting parts of the whole challenge. To really dive deep into the content, I’ve been using NotebookLM. It helps me reinforce what I’ve learned through interactive quizzes and by generating infographics. I’ve attached some infographic it created for me today! Please keep in mind that since it's AI-generated, there might be some minor typos or quirks—but despite those small flaws, it’s been incredibly helpful for me to visualize the key points. As part of today’s assignment, I’ve defined my Vision for Years 1–3. I’ve typed it up for now to get my thoughts down, but I’m planning to rewrite it by hand tomorrow to really let it sink in. For me, this vision isn't just a distant dream; it's a daily guide that requires me to take action immediately. I'm focusing on those small, consistent "wins" every day to create massive change over time. Lastly, I want to send a lot of strength and encouragement to everyone else on this journey. This first week in the community has already helped me so much! I’m definitely sticking with it and I plan to join the meetings in the future, once I’ve completed the first two courses. @Kelly France Is it okay if I share the infographic with the community?

Did all my morning SAVERS Did most of my Saturday chores Visited my dad and had a good time Studied 'How to read a book' while travelling. A fellow passenger striked up a conversation since he had read it too Followed my evening routine. Clocks go forward tomorrow in the UK so I would be losing an hour's sleep but I've decided to get up at 6:30 instead of 4:45 as to not burn myself out

I did all my morning SAVERS. Got a key admin task done that I've been putting off. Followed my evening routine and didn't get into bed. Stayed in a positive mood.

@Peter Adkins I think a large part of that journey is customising it as Hal Elrod mentions. I was already doing an affirmation practice which I've mostly left unchanged and my first action of the day is still a coffee and a vape haha 😆
