“Don’t count the days. Make the days count.” — Muhammad Ali
Monday Motivation: Another week rolls around quickly. We are already into week 6 of the training term! You’ve already done the hard part, you walked through the door. You chose the path. Now it’s about what you do with it. Some days you’ll feel sharp. Some days you’ll feel heavy. Some days your body will say “not today.” That’s the moment that matters. Because champions aren’t built on the days you feel good…They’re built on the days you show up anyway. When your stance is tired. When your breath is short. When your mind is trying to negotiate an excuse. Believe me, I have been there. That’s where you level up. So don’t measure this journey by weeks or belts. Measure it by effort, by consistency, the choice to improve one small thing today: - one cleaner technique - one stronger Sanchin - one calmer mind under pressure - one more round when you want to stop - one class you do that was a struggle to get to Don’t count the days… Make the days count. 🥋🔥

How is everyone's week
Just a touch base, how has everyone's week gone this week with their training? What did you learn, what did you improve, where do you need to improve etc. Would love to hear your feedback. We had a big focus on kumite this week in the dojo and also for me as I went to Brisbane for training for myself. Always great working on the practical side of our training with an opponent.
