It’s such great advice. Particularly for us “mature” students 😁 I remember when I first heard you say this in class, my first thought was, how on earth had I trained so much for so many years and not learned this.

the biggest one I saw was after the initial punches when we do the triangle with our hands, (sorry can’t remember the name of the technique).
