Week 4 Homework:
1. CALENDAR AUDIT Activity I can eliminate:Driving to Lancaster and back just to check on listings. We have an office in Lancaster, and I can pay a local agent to handle those errands instead. One activity I will protect as non-negotiable:My personal time with my husband. I didn’t protect that last week, and it showed. One activity to tighten:My schedule. I allowed other people’s needs to hijack my calendar last week, and I finished the week exhausted and anxious about what I didn’t get accomplished. 2. DAILY COMMITMENT RESET Make a minimum of 5 lead-generation touches per day. 3. AWARENESS PRACTICE What I noticed about my justifications this week:I didn’t consistently run decisions through the filter of:“Will this generate income for me, or just consume my time? If it doesn’t require me, who else could do it?”

Leadership requires tolerance for incompletion.
Strong leaders don’t rush to close every loop. They can sit in uncertainty long enough to think clearly. That pause isn’t hesitation. It's self regulation. Where do you rush to resolve things too quickly?

Pressure doesn’t make you worse. It makes you faster.
Speed feels helpful. It feels like momentum. It feels like control. But speed usually removes choice. And without choice, outcomes suffer. What does speed sound like in your language?

Noticing isn’t enough under pressure.
Under pressure, awareness often arrives late. - You realize you’re over-explaining while you’re already doing it. - You notice the silence is gone after you’ve filled it. That’s not failure... That’s a nervous system response. When did awareness show up in your last pressured conversation?
