Week 4 Homework:
1. CALENDAR AUDIT
Activity I can eliminate:Driving to Lancaster and back just to check on listings. We have an office in Lancaster, and I can pay a local agent to handle those errands instead.
One activity I will protect as non-negotiable:My personal time with my husband. I didn’t protect that last week, and it showed.
One activity to tighten:My schedule. I allowed other people’s needs to hijack my calendar last week, and I finished the week exhausted and anxious about what I didn’t get accomplished.
2. DAILY COMMITMENT RESET
Make a minimum of 5 lead-generation touches per day.
3. AWARENESS PRACTICE
What I noticed about my justifications this week:I didn’t consistently run decisions through the filter of:“Will this generate income for me, or just consume my time? If it doesn’t require me, who else could do it?”
