Got a little Glow Up!
As I spend more time in this community, my intentions get more clear.
I've updated a couple of things to reflect that and to better articulate the value that this group is building:
  • Name: Yoga Habits for Self-Care (added "habits" - read about it more in the Start Here course)
  • Description: Move your body. Quiet your mind. Reclaim your day. Practice quick, easy, and effective yoga habits to keep yourself balanced while achieving goals.
  • About Page description
  • Updated the Welcome: Start Here course to share the larger vision for where we're going.
I'm working on adding some more things in the classroom, but I'll make a separate post about that.
If you get the chance, please check those out and let me know if you have any questions or feedback! I hope I'm conveying my vision clearly, but I'd love to know if it's making sense and aligns with your intention to be in this group.
