Sorry I couldn’t attend weds. I had my granddaughter overnight. Could use some suggestions on what to eat. Some sample meal plans would be helpful. Are there any in the large pdf? Haven’t gotten to the end yet. lol thanks for your help

New here Hi there - just getting connected here - been at d-fine since 2/6 so just about 3 weeks - trying to get all the info and make sure I am not missing anything - added collagen, aloe Vera and alkaline water - not sure how much of it all - been building up aloe Vera to a cup, at least one cup or more alkaline water each day, also taking the milk thistle - cut out sugar almost completely, increasing protein and water intake with goal of 88 ounces but maybe that needs to be higher, exercising 3/4 times a week - what else may I be missing - do I need the app or just being online work ?
