I don’t know why it took me forever to finally come up with how to start my night routine to be on point, lol.
But I started yesterday. 8:00pm- best time to start the night beauty routine- for me it’s shower and all the lovely lotions and oils, brush teeth.
I’m back into my nightly reading and journaling. Made it fit with the kids night routine. It’s def a start to tightening up all the loose ends, to boost my progress. Changing one thing a week has really helped me to stay consistent with each change.
