5 min workout
Did my workouts this morning. Went well. Once I feel steadier on on leg I’m sure it’ll feel better. I did modify the exercise for my right arm but did it too

Wins and losses
Big win this week. I’m better off right now without surgery in my shoulder! I have better mobility now without it and I just have to keep it strong and mobil. My other wins are with consistency in exercise and how I’m eating I’m not sure this is really a loss but I did have a couple. Of Tbs of chicken salad on a GF wrap Last night for dinner. Made a mayo of my own But only used a tiny bit with some spices. Another is I found I’ve slacked off the water again. I’ve gotta be more conscious of that
