DOWNSIZED
WIN!! Very proud win this week as I put one a size smaller jeans AND I need a belt. I am going to go to the store and try on the next size down and if they fit I am going to LEAVE THEM THERE and use my belt and keep working!
Back in the pod
Win this week is back in the Pod and new strengthening exercises to do. Making the effort Still a little bit of a struggle but one at a time trying to make two then three. Feeling pretty goid

Gym
I pushed myself to go to the gym today and it felt great. The time change has made me super tired for the past few days.
Walking Win
Twice this week I walked for 30 minutes straight as well as putting in the regular 10 mins or 1 mile 3 times a day Lots of walking with my neighbor since its nice. I have been drinking more water too Drinking celery root 2x day too. And GI Complete 3x this week when I eat a meal. Keeping it light with chicken tuna and a little turkey. Back to eating fruit but in small infrequent amounts
