This past few days, the temptations have shoved in my face lol Co-workers buying sweets, birthdays, kids pushing to share their sweets with me 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I can proudly say that I stayed strong and declined the extra sweets. I remind myself of the feeling I get after I’ve already ate it and I don’t want to feel that way anymore. I remind myself that I am in progress and this is part of the process. Been getting the super greens in daily. Got that down to a T for scheduling. Water- is like a rollercoaster. I’m still figuring out how to get the water in without it affecting my job. I’ve managed to take milk thistle a few times this week. My anxiety towards taking it, is reducing. My biggest goal is to get the milk thistle in daily. During days where I’m not able to go to gym, I do a 5-10 minute workout. Today I danced in the car, arm rolls especially, with my kids while waiting in the drive thru for prescriptions. It felt good to have fun and be productive.

I looked myself in the mirror today and told myself I am in progress. The inner battle has quieted down a lot these past few days.

I pushed myself to go to the gym today and it felt great. The time change has made me super tired for the past few days.

Win this week is back in the Pod and new strengthening exercises to do. Making the effort Still a little bit of a struggle but one at a time trying to make two then three. Feeling pretty goid

Had a shapescale weigh in and lbs and inches lost! I can also FINALLY use the vibe plate and massage in the pod! Things are continuing to go in the right direction. I’m also finding more foods to increase volume while eating in a calorie deficit. Overall I’m thrilled at the progress Good luck to everyone on their journey.
