But here is the truth: You can have the strongest core in the world, but if your gut is inflamed and bloated, you’ll never see it. In May, we aren't just training the muscles; we are healing the gut. The May Standard: 1. The Daily 4: Complete your ABCD rotation (Calendar attached!). 2. The Gut Protocol: We are eliminating the bloat by prioritizing gut health and protein. 1. The Check-In: Post your 'Core & Greens' photo daily. Show us you doing the work.. taking the supplements or eating healthier.
