Feedback from the judges..
Here is the feedback from the judges! Darci: -very good shoulders and shape -needs a bit more muscle to the legs -needs more density to the glutes (upper outer) -can come in a bit more streamlined through the waist..and sharper through the glutes Time to build upon this! We knew more conditioning in lower and we will add more density to bring it out! Shape is all there now to fine tune the lower half and waist and bam we are pro 2027! I’m ready for some actual legwork, not just all glutes!!!! And I’m getting a little bit of upper body and a little bit higher volume to keep activation good up there mainly focusing on the lower lats to help streamline the waist as well!!!

Navigating The 4th of July🍻
Now with celebration can come drinks, can come foods off your normal routine, and can come with routines being thrown out of whack. But you know what the good news is? I’ve got 3 things that you can do to help yourself stay on track AND enjoy your 4th of July: Pre-plan your day and prioritize protein early Get your movement in early before the festivities begin Take a day “off” of your normal plan… Then get back on track tomorrow! No matter which of these that you can fit into your schedule, I’m confident you can be in a great spot. In the comments below, drop what you are doing to celebrate this 4th of July and how are you going to prioritize your goals through it all?

Six days out from the National stage
One thing prep continues to teach me is just how incredible our bodies are. I got carbs back yesterday and felt like a COMPLETELY different person. It's wild what happens when you go from depriving your body to fueling it well. Today... is another lower day with a few carbs coming from blueberries and raspberries, fats are staying low, protein is high, and we're staying the course. I also get to train shoulders today, which might sound silly, but as a bikini girl who lives in lower body land UGHH upper body days feel like Christmas morning. I've already knocked out one cardio session and have another one later at the gym. Sundays don't really feel like Sundays to me anymore. They're another opportunity to do the work. The excitement comes from knowing I'm six days away from stepping onto a National stage, but the confidence comes from the fact that I'm still willing to do the boring things nobody sees. Locked in. One day at a time!!! #IamIntentionalEnergy

Six days out from the National stage
Honesty about prep..
I’m here to be fully transparent! These past few days of leading into peak week has completely been a drag. My body is absolutely exhausted from all the work I’m putting in. To get stage line is not easy. Especially as a female. And I’m demanding more of my body than I ever had before. Double cardio sessions. Still lifting in the gym for over an hour. Posing. Waist training. Running my business. And to top it all off coach pulled my carbs eight days ago. And let me tell you the brain does not function well that many days with no carbs. Everything is temporary. We have to remember no matter what storm we’re going through it. It’s always temporary. We can do anything. And I have learned real quick how to manage even better. Because I have no one else to do my job for me. No one else can do the workouts for me. And dang this pressure create diamonds! I am so excited to be entering peak week so I can have some carbs back!!!! I’m so excited to showcase this physique!! it may look cool.. but wow, is it uncomfortable😂😂😂 I currently weigh 124. Guess how much weight I started when I started prep?! 124! Fully recomp my body. Moral of the story is… you can do hard things. And stop attaching your identity to the scale number. No one cares about that stupid number. Either celebrate it or flip it off and move on!!!!!
