She trained consistently, knew how to work out, and showed up week after week. But despite the effort, her nutrition wasn’t intentional. She thought it was just calories in, calories out and nothing was really clicking. That’s where the shift happened. Together, we introduced macros and completely changed how she fueled her body. She learned how to be more mindful with her food, how to prioritize protein, and how nutrition actually supports the work she was already putting in. Starting January 1st, my 1:1 coaching will be increasing to $250/month. This decision didn’t come lightly but it is the decision that will allow me to continue showing up for you at the level you deserve, without burnout, without cutting corners, and without lowering the standard.
