She didn’t stay because it was easy. She stayed because it felt real.🥲
Kait has known me for a long time, and out of all the coaches and programs out there, she said what made her stick with me was how genuine it all felt. Not someone just collecting a paycheck. Real care, real support, and real results. She said what she found here that she couldn’t find anywhere else was consistency and meaningful relationships. That matters more than people think. A lot of people don’t fail because they’re lazy or incapable. They fail because they keep trying to do hard things alone. She shared that before this experience, she struggled to put herself first. She was pouring from an empty cup, constantly giving to everyone else while leaving nothing for herself. I know so many people reading this understand that feeling. One of the biggest shifts she made was learning how to show up for herself every single day. Not perfectly.. just consistently. Something she once thought was too hard became part of who she is now. She also said the biggest excuse she used to make was, “I don’t know what I’m doing.” And now she realizes that excuse was fear. Nobody knows what they’re doing in the beginning. You learn. You stay open. You ask questions. You keep going anyway. Because of that, she’s built a stronger and more confident version of herself. And the best part is how it’s changed her life outside of fitness. She said she’s way more active with her children now. She can run alongside them while they ride scooters. She can play soccer without gasping for air a minute in. That’s the kind of progress that matters most to me. Not just changing how you look, but changing how you live. Why your core work isn't showing (and how we fix it in May).
Team.. we’ve mastered the movement in April. Now, we’re going for the shape. I’m officially dropping the May 'Four for the Core' Calendar. 31 days of targeted deep-core and abdominal work to cinch the waist and build a foundation of strength. But here is the truth: You can have the strongest core in the world, but if your gut is inflamed and bloated, you’ll never see it. In May, we aren't just training the muscles; we are healing the gut. The May Standard: 1. The Daily 4: Complete your ABCD rotation (Calendar attached!). 2. The Gut Protocol: We are eliminating the bloat by prioritizing gut health and protein. 1. The Check-In: Post your 'Core & Greens' photo daily. Show us you doing the work.. taking the supplements or eating healthier. I’m going to be teaching you EXACTLY how I leaned out my waist and the specific 1st Phorm tools I use to keep my stomach flat and my digestion on point. I don't go a single day without these three things: 1. Opti-Greens 50 (To kill the bloat) 2. Colostrum (To heal my gut and stop inflammation) 3. Micro Factor (To make sure my body has everything it needs to recover) Note: if you do not like colostrum and opti-greens 50 flavor (I don't love it either) add in peach ring magnesium and you will be GOLDEN.
